Aisera, a California-based Artificial Intelligence-driven platform that automates tasks, workflows, and actions for customers and employees, has now secured $40 million in Series C funding.

Aisera is founded by the Muddu Sudhakar. Aisera provides an AI-drive service experience solution that automates operations and support for the sales, IT, customer service, AI customer service, incorporating AI service desk, and TicketIQ with Agent Assist for the B2C and B2B organizations.

Its AI solutions auto-resolve tasks, workflows, and actions for IT, Sales, Customer Service, and operations. It integrates with enterprise applications like Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, BMC, Adobe, ServiceNow, and Adobe.

Aisera's Latest Funding

The round was backed by the Icon Ventures, with participation from World Innovation Lab, Menlo Ventures, True Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, First Round Capital, Khosla Ventures, Sherpalo, and Webb Investment Network.

Post funding, Preeti Rathi, General Partner at Icon Ventures, will join the Aisera, Board of Directors team.

The company, which has secured over $90 million in total funding, as of now has plans to use the new funds for the continued rapid expansion and deployment of its AI platform in enterprise IT, customer service environments. The company also intends to invest in advancements in its go-to-market strategy, product development, and marketing, notes the announcement.
