Infogain acquires an AI and advanced Analytics startup, AbsolutData

Infogain has now acquired an AI and advanced analytics firm, AbsolutData. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AbsolutData, is founded by Anil Kaul in 2001. It has been creating a scalable business impact for enterprise clients across the globe via advanced analytics and AI. The company’s NAVIK AI and analytics capabilities help customers to grow faster, develop deeper relations, and increase profitability.

Infogain's AbsolutData acquisition

The company said that it plans to click into the AbsolutData NAVIK AI platform and its team of 300 data scientists to boost its capabilities and do better business outcomes for the customer looking to adopt the digital platforms.

Infogain is looking to leverage the acquisition deal to build its presence in sectors such as Pharma, CPG, and telecom. Infogain also expects that data, AI, and analytics will account for around 15% of its revenue post-acquisition deal.
