Infosys will now going to acquire Blue Acorn iCi, which offers digital customer experience, analytics, and commerce solutions.

The acquisition is valued at $125 million. The acquisition of the Blue Acorn iCi is expected to close during the third quarter of the financial year 2020-21, with respect to customary closing conditions.

Infosys earlier acquired the Wongdoody, which offers marketing and creative services. Blue Acorn iCi brings complementary capabilities to help global CMOs and businesses thrive in a digital commerce world.

The acquisition will help Infosys capabilities in Magento, Adobe, Salesforce, and Shopify platform.

Blue Acorn iCi has a long track record for offering its services to Fortune 500 brands. It is among the first Adobe Premium Partners with Magento and AEM specialists.
