SaaS startup SenseHawk secured $5.1 Million in Series A1 Funding round

SenseHawk, a California based provider of a SaaS platform for customers to develop, build, and deploy solar and other infrastructure sites via insights, has now secured $5.1 million in Series A1 funding round.

SenseHawk is founded by the Swarup Mavanoor in the year 2016. It offers a cloud-based platform and application modules that allow the users to solve several challenges in the development, construction, and operation of solar sites. 

Its application modules enable the solar companies to reduce costs, enhance workforce productivity, and improve solar site performance leveraging the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.

SenseHawk's Latest Funding

The round was backed by the Alpha Wave Incubation. Some of the existing investor SAIF Partners also participated in the follow on investment round.

The company as of now has plans to use the new funds to expand its presence in Abu Dhabi and build a team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers located in Abu Dhabi.

SenseHawk will also use the UAE as a global base for international expansion while also targeting the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, MENA, and some other global markets, notes an announcement.
