Data-analytics platform, Contentsquare secured $190 million in Series D Funding

Contentsquare, a Paris, France, and New York-based provider of an experience analytics platform have now secured $190 million in Series D funding round.

The round, which brought the total funding secured to date to $310 million, was backed by the BlackRock Private Equity Partners team.

Contentsquare is founded by Jonathan Cherki. It offers a platform that analyses customer behavior through billions of anonymous web, app, and mobile interactions, in respect to data privacy laws such as California CCPA and EU GDPR, and transforms this knowledge into intelligent recommendations for users to increase revenue, growth, and engagement.

Nathalie von Niederhaeusern from BlackRock, who is joining Contentsquare’s Board of Directors, said, "Already a fast-growing market, experience analytics is now a must-have for businesses. Contentsquare has unique assets: strong behavioral data and AI algorithms, a deep understanding of digital consumers, a large database of benchmarks, a great leadership team, and R&D depth. With their client roster, they are defining the experience analytics market globally."

Contentsquare's Latest Funding

Post funding, Nathalie Von Niederhaeusern from BlackRock is going to join the Contentsquare’s Board of Directors team.

The company as of now has plans to use the new funds to continue to invest in innovation, which includes AI and predictive analytics and expand its business across Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
