Flatfile, a Denver-based provider of AI-assisted data exchange, has now secured $50 million in a Series B funding round.

Flatfile is founded by David Boskovic. It aims to eliminate the repetitive work and makes B2B data exchange error-free with the help of a platform that automatically learns how imported data should be cleaned and structured, which enables customers and teams to spend more time using their data instead of fixing it. The customer base includes lots of developers and 500 companies across the globe.

John Curtius, the partner at Tiger Global, said, "Flatfile is the trusted name for business-to-business data exchange. Modern data exchange is a mission-critical challenge. Flatfile enables businesses to exchange customer data simply, securely, and efficiently with AI-assisted import flows, enabling all parties to accelerate return on investment."

David Boskovic, Flatfile CEO, said, "Flatfile is only just at the beginning of its journey to modernize how data is exchanged. This funding will enable us to continue to grow our engineering team and deliver ready-to-use data across Saas and beyond."

Flatfile's Latest Funding

The round was backed by Tiger Global with participation from Scale Ventures, Gradient Ventures, Afore Capital, Workday Ventures, and Two Sigma Ventures with angel investors, which includes the founding leadership and executives from DocuSign, Gainsight, LinkedIn, and Airtable.

The AI startup, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to grow its engineering team and deliver ready-to-use data across Saas, notes the announcement.
