Executive Opinion

Partha Reddy, Head, Manufacturing, Energy, and Resources, TCS Americas, said, "TCS Mobility Cloud Suite is a one-stop-shop for automotive companies to unleash the power of the cloud and cross-industry know-how so they can accelerate their journey toward electric and autonomous vehicles, take customer experience to new heights, and ignite new ecosystem partnerships. It harnesses our technical expertise combined with our deep contextual knowledge of not just automotive but all major industries, like financial services, insurance, retail, utilities, telecom, hospitality, and government, that need to work in concert to supercharge the future of the mobility ecosystem."

TCS' Mobility Cloud Suite

TCS said that its Mobility Cloud Suite could be used for testing product development, building autonomous factors, and also developing customer experiences for the automotive sector.

Citing a use case, TCS revealed that its Mobility Cloud Suite could make it easier and faster to test and validate the reliability of autonomous vehicles to aid resource-intensive stress testing.

Technologies such as digital twins are also tipped to help sectors such as autonomous mobility. Services such as Dassault Systems and Nvidia offer virtual reality tools to simulate automobile tests, which global automobile companies are increasingly using.
