AI Customer and Field Service software, Neuron7 secured $10 Million in Series A Funding

Neuron7

Neuron7, a California-based provider of AI-powered customer and field service software, has now secured $10 million in a Series A funding round.

Neuron7 is founded by Niken Patel. It leverages AI and NLP to enable companies to diagnose and resolve complex issues and make accurate service decisions at scale.

The Neuron7 Service Intelligence platform is a cloud-based service that extracts intelligence from data and people.

It is integrated with the existing customer service systems like ServiceNow, Microsoft D365, and Salesforce.

Executive Opinion

Niken Patel, CEO of Neuron7.ai, said, "Knowledge in an enterprise is siloed. Support, field service, and engineering expertise are spread across systems, data, and experts. Re-thinking the way knowledge/intelligence is captured and shared across silos in the enterprise, Neuron7.ai creates an enterprise-wide resolution system of record."

Abhishek Sharma, Managing Director at Nexus Venture Partners, said, "We’re thrilled to be increasing our investment in and strengthening our partnership with Neuron7.ai. We like Neuron7’s vision of using AI and NLP to help customers resolve any issue within seconds and turn customer service into a profit center."

Neuron7's Latest Funding

The round was backed by Battery Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners.

Post funding, Bill Binch, the operating partner at Battery Ventures, will now be joining the Neuron7’s Board of Directors team.

The AI startup, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to grow its product and customer success teams in India and the US.
