Accenture opens new Advanced Technology Center in Indore

Accenture has now opened its newest advanced technology center in India, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The new facility is a part of expanding the company’s global delivery network, and it will also focus on developing and delivering a range of cross-industry technology solutions to help drive digital transformation and innovation for customers.

Mahesh Zurale, senior managing director, lead – Advanced Technology Centers in India, Accenture, said, "We are thrilled to have a stronger presence in Indore. Our market-leading people policies, large investments in learning and development, and the boundaryless opportunities we offer across deep technology areas and industry domains will open up new avenues for local talent and support our people looking for greater location flexibility."

India is an essential talent hub for Accenture with an estimated 300000 employees out of its global headcount of around 700000.

Accenture is among the first companies across the globe to set a goal of achieving a gender-balanced workforce by 2025.

In India, as of now, approx. 47% of the workforce comprises women, with around 26% serving in a leadership role.

The Indore center joins Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai among the cities where Accenture Advanced technology Centers are located.
