Crypto financial intelligence platform, Coin Metrics secured $35 Million in Series C Funding

Coin Metrics, a Boston based provider of crypto financial intelligence, has now secured $35 million in a Series C funding round.

Coin Metrics was founded by Tim Rice. It offers network data, indexes, market data and network risk solutions to the most prestigious institutions touching the crypto assets.

It also offers a comprehensive suite of services which includes the chain data, market data, universal block explorer and metrics, indexes, and network risk management.

Executive Opinion

Coin Metrics' Latest Funding

BNY Mellon and Acrew Capital led the funding round with participation from Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, Avon Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, and Morningside Technology Ventures.

The company, as of now, has plans to use the funds for new product innovation and expansion into the adjacent spaces.
