AI Quality Assurance systems Retrocausal secured $3.4 Million Funding


Retrocausal, a Seattle based leader in Artificial Intelligence-driven quality assurance systems for manufacturing professionals, has now secured $3.4 million in a funding round.

Retrocausal was founded by Dr Zeeshan Ziam. It provides the Pathfinder platform, which supports the discrete manufacturer's measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and first-time yield by decreasing manual assembly errors.

Executive Opinion

Nick Sugimoto, CEO, Honda Innovations, Inc, said, "Honda Innovations' key open innovation program, Honda Xcelerator, engages innovators of all kinds, with a particular focus on breakthrough technologies. The Retrocausal proof-of-concept demonstrated great promise for quality of manufacturing assembly, where Honda is continuously innovating, in addition to overall efficiency."

Mohsen Rezayat, chief solutions architect Siemens Digital Industries Software, said, "Siemens Digital Industries Software is enthusiastic about the collaboration with Retrocausal. This agreement is the first step in the development of an integrated solution that enables us to provide added value to our mutual customers."

Retrocausal Latest Funding

The round was backed by Differential Ventures and Glasswing Ventures with participation from major investors, which included Ascend Ventures Vietnam, Argon Ventures, and Hypertherm Ventures.

The AI startup, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to build out its team and extend its global growth.
