TCS and Adobe are expanding their strategic partnership to deliver the turnkey digital customer experiences that will be supported by the Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Adobe Document Cloud.

To capitalize on the Customer Experience (CX) transformation opportunity, TCS has revealed an Adobe-focused business unit.

TCS and Adobe are partnering to digitally transform document-driven processes for the departments enterprise-wide, yielding a step-change improvement in employee experience and business agility across the HR, sales, IT, procurement, finance, and legal.

Adobe is of the firm view that document-driven processes requiring secure and compliant e-signatures and approvals are increasing as a part of the business-critical transactions, so organizations need to make document automation a high core competency.
