AI startup Kore.ai extends Series C funding round to $73.5 Million with NVIDIA

Kore.ai, an Orlando based conversational Artificial Intelligence software company, has now extended its Series C funding round to $73.5 million with participation from NVIDIA.

Kore.ai was founded by Raj Koneru. It increases the speed of the business by optimising customer, agent, employee, and search experiences via voice, digital, and business process assistants built on its Experience Optimisation platform. The company serves customers with large-scale deployment, handling lots of conversations in the voice and text, in healthcare, retail banking, technology, and some other areas.

Raj Koneru, founder and CEO of Kore.ai, said, "This relationship will allow us to further optimize the contact center experience for customers and agents, thereby improving the speed of business for enterprises, large and small. We've made significant strides to develop these solutions at scale, with conversational assistants and native AI capabilities built from the ground up. We will work together to expand best-in-class support to enterprise customers so that they can leverage conversational AI modules to power their customer and internal workforce applications."

Kore.ai Latest Funding

Post funding with the investment of around $3.5 million, NVIDIA and Kore.ai will collaborate on accelerating innovation in the deployment of conversational AI-based platforms and solutions for the organisations.

The AI startup will integrate NVIDIA software which includes the Riva, a GPU accelerated SDK for building speech AI applications that deliver real-time performance and offers flexibility and customisation for next-gen solutions.

In this collaboration, NVIDIA will bring its innovation leadership in the Natural Language Processing techniques; NVIDIA will bring innovation in the speech AI, which includes speech to text, text to speech, and NLP Parsing.
