Mindtree partners ServiceNow to launch industry-specific IoT Solutions

Mindtree has now partnered with the ServiceNow Connected Operations to build IoT based business workflow automation solutions.

ServiceNow Connected Operations is the IoT wing of Santa Clara, based on ServiceNow. As a part of the collaboration deal, Mindtree and ServiceNow will work on solutions that will turn data derived from IoT infrastructure into useful insights for businesses.

Mindtree will combine different solutions from its IoT service line, MindTree Nxt, with the capabilities of ServiceNow Connected Operations to help industry sectors such as consumer and manufacturing goods.

The combined IoT offerings will help to break down data silos, resolve issues and allow for better collaboration between the operations, customers, field service, and customer service.

Consumer and manufacturing goods organizations have increasingly adopted multiple platforms to generate data on their many processes. With the help of Mindtree solutions, these companies will be able to see all the data in a single system of record and gain higher visibility across the enterprise, notes the announcement.
