HCL Technologies makes DRYiCE iAutomate Generally Available on Google Cloud Marketplace

HCL DRYiCE iAutomate

HCL Technologies recently announced the availability of its AI-powered runbook automation product DRYiCE iAutomate on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

According to the DRYiCE website, the product enables intelligent run-book automation. The AI Ops product leverages proprietary Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms and knowledge analysis. The product boasts more than 1500 shared runbooks and five AI sub modules.

According to the Reports and Data provided report, the global intelligent process automation market size is expected to grow to $20.74 Billion by 2026.

Availability of AI powered DRYiCE iAutomate at GCP will enable customers with self-service driven identification of automation use-cases and automation of redundant tasks, notes the announcement.

The AI powered automation product constantly monitors different aspects of the IT service management system and updates itself to solve a particular incident.
