Conversational AI startup Senseforth.ai raises $14 Million in funding

Senseforth.ai, a California-based conversational AI company, has now secured $14 million in the funding round.

Senseforth.ai, is founded by the Shridhar Marri. It provides a patented zero-code platform known by the name A.ware, which automates customer experience across the digital touchpoints for global enterprises. It makes it easy to build, train, deploy and scale some of the conversational Artificial Intelligence enabled solutions to drive revenue, increase operational costs and reduce costs.

Senseforth’s technology is ahead of the competition, especially as evidenced by their performance benchmark on the leaderboard of Stanford Question Answering Dataset (SQuAD) 2.0."

The round was made by the Fractal.

The company, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to scale and expand its presence across the Fractal customers across the globe and strengthen its conversational AI offerings, notes the announcement.
