Raleigh based AIOps startup InsightFinder secured $2 Million in Funding

InsightFinder, a Raleigh based AI-first system of intelligence for incident prevention and prediction, has now secured $2 million in funding.

InsightFinder is founded by Dr. Helen Gu, a system machine learning expert. The AIOps startup allows companies like China Mobile, Credit Suisse, and Dell to detect system anomalies without thresholds, predicting severe incidents hours before they actually happen, and automatically pinpointing root causes.

AIOps stands for artificial intelligence for IT operations. Analytics and machine learning (ML) algorithms are used to enhance and automate overall IT operation

Alex Ren, Fellows.Fund Managing Director, said, "InsightFinder's groundbreaking approach was vetted by the experts in the field, and the Fellows' network and connections are poised to foster the company's success."

John Whittington, the Chief Revenue Officer at InsightFinder, said, "I've helped introduce monitoring technology to enterprise customers for nearly three decades and have never seen a stronger product than InsightFinder or a market more poised for disruption."

InsightFinder's Latest Funding

The round was backed by the Fellows.Fund. Other participating investors include Eastlink Capital, Silicon Future Capital, Brightway Future Capital.

According to the Markets and Markets AI in IT operations market report, the AIOps platform market size is expected to reach $11.02 billion by 2023. AIOps platform encompasses a combination of various AI strategies including data output, aggregation, analytics, algorithms, automation and orchestration, ML, and visualization.

The AIOps startup, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to expand and meet the growing demand for its AIOps technology, notes the announcement.
