Conversational AI startup Uniphore to buy No-Code Platform Jacada
Uniphore has now revealed that it has agreed to acquire the automation software Jacada. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Jacada is a no-code platform that solves contact center challenges and empowers the design and development of customer experiences (CX). Its unified intelligent virtual agent and RPA capabilities are leveraged by enterprises to assist customers and customer service employees

Uniphore's Jacada Acquisition
With the help of the Jacada automation platform, Uniphore conversational automation platform will empower businesses to easily automate key interactions across both agent-assisted and self-service customer engagements.
Uniphore also has extensive operations and centers in Chennai, India.
The joint solution will deliver benefits that include a business user-friendly interface with a low code or no-code platform, customizable and optimized AI models, RPS and workflows for interactions, and automated agent after-call work and call disposition.
