Happiest Minds executes Order Management RPA project for Coca Cola United
Happiest Minds Technologies has executed a digital transformation project for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company United, which enables it to streamline its order management using the RPA in Microsoft Power Automate.
Coca-Cola Bottling Company United supplies Coca-Cola products directly to restaurants and retailers. The company started using RPA in Microsoft Power Automate to scale and advance its strategic freestyle initiative with process automation that matches the individuality and innovation that the product represents

Coca-Cola United's Digital Transformation deal with Happiest Mind
Coca-Cola United collaborated with the Happiest Minds to create a master automated service agent that they have dubbed ‘Asa’. The agent consists of various bots.
Built and developed on the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure, ‘Asa’ uses the Azure Key Vault to help secure and control passwords and some other sensitive data, and it relies on the Azure DevOps for the Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration, notes the announcement.
The new, simplified process switches the dedicated CRM agent with a customer self-service portal, which allows orders from all channels such as outbound and inbound call center agents, field service sales representatives at customer sites.
Using Power Virtual Agents allows for the creation of powerful chatbots for answering questions posed by the employees and customers.
Happiest Minds helped Coca-Cola to build an intelligent front end as well.
