By leveraging our deep industry expertise and access to technological innovations including cloud & AI, Safexpress will be able to leverage the new digital platform to manage their growing business, enrich customer experiences as well as boost revenues by acquiring new accounts & by optimizing costs."

Safexpress and IBM partnership

The internal logistics operations platform is expected to help Safexpress to remodel its core business processes. It will also help the company to further expedite the adoption of next-gen technologies and digital solutions.

The cloud-based platform, PROPEL-I, enables Safexpress to obtain dynamic pricing modeling capabilities, attain agility in demand management along with enhanced visibility and transparency for its customers.

The platform leverages the container management capabilities of Kubernetes to offer availability, scalability, and security with a self-healing runtime environment.

The platform API integrates with the Safexpress' customer system and streamlines workflows, builds efficiencies in internal processes, and offers better integration capabilities. The project consists of multiple components such as associate contracts, customer contracts, associate management, and booking, notes the announcement.
