Infosys, Johnson Control and SAP S/4 HANA

OpenBlue Digital is the Johnson Controls flagship solution for collecting data from buildings via the utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

As a part of the process, Infosys helped Johnson Control to replace its legacy systems with SAP S4 global warranty platform solution, which utilizes UI/UX technologies such as SAP Fiori along with the SAP S/4 HANA.

SAP Fiori refers to a set of new applications from the SAP that addresses used SAP functions such as workflow approvals, information lookups, and self-service tasks.

Infosys said that the solution would provide a digital-first experience for both the B2C and B2B customers while supporting equipment integration and warranty claims on the finished products.
