Knowlarity to use Google Cloud for its Speech Analytics Platform

Knowlarity has now selected Google Cloud to launch its Programmable Speech Analytics platform, reports CRN.

Knowlarity was founded by Ambarish Gupta and Pallav Pandey in the year 2018. It is a cloud communication technology service provider that offers customer service, and sales call handling solutions to organizations.

Knowlarity and Google Partnership

The Knowlarity solution features accurate transcription, sentimental analysis, and real-time analytics, which will offer users improved service.

The speech analytics platform will also offer transcriptions in more than 125 languages, speech adaption, speech recognition, keyword spotting, multi-channel transcription, speech to text conversion, and a host of some other functions.

Companies will be able to deploy the platform, which comprises of open APIs and a reserve of audio or video data recording, which will be generated every day via phone calls, contact center phone calls, online meetings, and voice searches to derive some insights.

The platform will work by extracting data in a real-time scenario where lots of calls would be processed automatically in a short time period.

The solution would also help the organizations to automate their workflow and processes by identifying the purpose of a conversation via the speech analytics keyword spotting feature.
