Wipro and SAP partner to offer Cloud and AI powered solutions to Real Estate Sector


Wipro has now partnered with the German enterprise application software provider, SAP to create cloud-based solutions for the real estate sector.

The Bangalore based firm's new real estate-focused solution, Tenant Acquisition Management (TAM), will be integrated as a cloud extension in the SAP S/4HANA software. It will be available for trial on the SAP application center.

SAP and Wipro partnership

Enabled with the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation, and Machine Learning, the solution enables faster deal conversion in terms of the tenant leasing via a seamless real-time and consistent experience to lease out agents.

The partnership builds on SAP Intelligence enterprise strategy and is expected to fill the whitespaces in its portfolio of solutions.

Wipro also revealed that the partnership would also modernize its core enterprise resource planning
(ERP) system to SAP flagship S/4HANA solutions and migrate the SAP workloads to the Google Cloud Platform. Wipro is even expected to benefit from the SAP ERP and GCP scalability and flexibility.
