Microsoft, C3.ai, and Adobe have now teamed up to launch C3 AI CRM. The solution is powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrates with the Adobe Experience Cloud.

The new solution integrates with the Microsoft Dynamic 365, C3.ai industry-specific data models, Adobe Experience Cloud, connectors, and Artificial Intelligence models in an integrated suite of industry-specific AI-enabled CRM solutions for sales, marketing, and customer service.

Thomas M. Siebel, CEO of C3.ai, said, "Microsoft, Adobe, and C3.ai are reinventing a market that Siebel Systems invented more than 25 years ago. The dynamics of the market and the mandates of digital transformation have dramatically changed CRM market requirements. A general-purpose CRM system of record is no longer sufficient. Customers today demand industry-specific, fully AI-enabled solutions that provide AI-enabled revenue forecasting, product forecasting, customer churn, next-best product, next-best offer, and predisposition to buy."

The companies will, as of now targeting the financial services, telecommunications, intelligence, utilities, healthcare, automotive, aerospace, defense, public sector, manufacturing, oil, and gas industries.

C3 AI CRM integrates and unifies large amounts of data from the external and internal data sources to drive real-time analytics and predictive insights.
 
C3 AI CRM helps with forecasting revenue, identifying highly-qualified prospects, and also capable of predicting product demand. The solution can also identify and reduce customer churn, provide AI-driven segmentation, marketing, and targeting along with recommending the next-best offer, next-best product, notes the announcement.

C3 AI CRM helps the companies to take advantage of their real-time customer profiles for the cross channel journey orchestration. The joint solution also provides an integrated ecosystem that empowers the clients to take advantage of the leading CRM capabilities along with an integrated ecosystem with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Apart from that, C3 AI CRM also leverages the common data model of the Open Data Initiative (ODI).
