Tech Mahindra has now collaborated with the Smart Energy Water (SEW) to scale up the digital transformation in the energy and water utility segment.

Smart Energy Water (SEW) is a leading global energy and water Software as a service (SaaS) platform. for customer engagement, big data analytics, and mobile workforce, AI/ML/IoT for the Water, Utility, and Energy sector.

With an aim to develop a complete and personalized solution for the utility industry, the firms will help customers with a consistent and rapid deployment of solutions, reduce customer query resolution time and enable high-quality automation which results in the reduction of human errors.
