Tech Mahindra reveals Intelligent Cloud Operations Platform for Enterprises

Tech Mahindra has now launched an Intelligent Cloud operation and Subscription management platform for enterprises.

Known by the name as iCOPS, the platform will improve the efficiency by using Artificial Intelligence for IT operations and analytics, with data security and cost optimization across all the cloud environments.

Vivek Gupta, Vice President and Head, Global Cloud Services, Tech Mahindra, said, "As part of our CloudNxT methodology, Tech Mahindra has invested in developing the iCOPS platform that will enable global enterprises streamline diverse cloud operations and help in cost optimisation. By combining AIOps, Analytics and DevOps, iCOPS will help enterprises move towards a zero-touch cloud operations model while ensuring complete security and transparency in operations, making Tech Mahindra a partner of choice for streamlining multi-Cloud operations."

As per the announcement, the platform will deliver the unified management experience across the multi-cloud operations, with a focus on improving compliance and security for enterprises.

The end to end platform will help the enterprises get the benefits of simplified cloud operations, comprehensive visibility across operations, and reduced cloud spend.

Tech Mahindra also revealed that the iCOPS platform comprises of pre-configured core and integrated software for public cloud operations to provide a unified view across the enterprise IT operations.

This could be across the different sets of cloud operations, network operations, or infrastructure operations with zero manual interventions by using DevOps, notes the announcement.
