Cloud based Logistics platform, Intelage secured $3.5M in Seed Funding

Intelage, a Seattle-based cloud computing global trade management and logistics platform, has now secured $3.5 million in a seed funding round.

Intelage is founded by John Han. It is a cloud-based global trade management and logistics platform. The company brings together trade suppliers, buyers, and partners to create, manage, and track trades all from within a single application. The platform helps in consolidating product information, documents, communication, offer negotiation, and contract details in a single user interface.

Essential aspects of human survival depend on global trade, especially in the agricultural and food & beverage industries. The round was backed by the Blumberg Capital with participation from the Vulcan Capital, among others.

The company, as of now, has plans to use the new funding for the future development of the technology, as well as building out the company sales team and senior management, notes the announcement.
