Old National Bank selects Infosys for its Digital Transformation

Indiana based financial services bank holding company, Old National Bank (ONB) has now signed with the Infosys to modernize its existing technology infrastructure.

The digital transformation deal is expected to enhance the bank client and employee experience.

According to the IT technology firm Infosys, the technology up-gradation at ONB will help accelerate ONB's growth while streamlining its operating models.

Dennis Gada, Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Services North America, Infosys, said, "We are delighted to partner with Old National Bank. Through the partnership, Infosys will help Old National digitally transform itself with a focus on achieving greater operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and providing improved services for clients and the larger community."

Jim Ryan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Old National Bancorp, said, "Partnering with Infosys, one of the world’s foremost information technology companies, allows Old National to build a state-of-the-art technology platform with sophisticated and advanced capabilities. This will enable us to provide differentiated solutions and ultimately enhance the client experience."

Infosys and ONB agreement

Infosys revealed that its advanced automation capabilities would help the bank to buckle up speed for delivering a consistent experience to stakeholders.

ONB is looking to accelerate the growth in commercial banking as well as to deepen relationships with customers via digital channels. ONB further intends to simplify the client-facing and internal processes.

The partnership with the ONB is expected to strengthen Infosys' presence in Indiana. It has tied up with the Purdue University and some other academic partnerships in the state to source local talent.

In March this year, Infosys and IBM Cloud collaborate to help Enterprises accelerate Digital Transformation.
