Data Analytics startup SQream secured $39.4M in Series B+ Funding

SQream

SQream, a Tel Aviv, Israel based provider of a data analytics acceleration platform that enables enterprises to gain insights, has now secured $39.4 million in Series B+ funding round.

SQream is founded by the Ami Gal. It develops and markets SQream DB, designed to obtain business intelligence from massive data stores. The database is available both on the cloud and on-premise.

Executive Opinion

Roy Saar, Partner at Mangrove Capital Partners, said, "Given the growth of data, which has been on a rocket-ship trajectory to zettabyte levels due to rapid digitalization, we are just scraping the surface of how companies will be generating value from their data. SQream's Latest Funding

The round was backed by the Mangrove Capital Partners and Schusterman Family Investments.

Existing investors also joined the funding round, which includes the Silvertech Ventures, Sistema VC, Blumberg Capital, Alibaba Group, and Hanaco Venture Capital.

Post funding, Charlie Federman from Silvertech Ventures and Venture Capitalist Roy Saar from Mangrove Capital Partners joined SQream’s Board of Directors team.

The company, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to recruit talent to accelerate advancements in cloud and technology innovation, and customer delivery platforms.
