CognitOps secured $3 Million in Seed Funding round from Chicago Ventures

CognitOps, a Texas-based Artificial Intelligence startup software model that automates warehouse management, has now secured $3 million in a seed funding round.

CognitOps is founded by Alex Ramirez in the year 2018. The company offers artificial intelligence-driven supply chain software focused on improving the management of warehouses and enabling businesses to create a sound supply chain. The platform helps warehouse operators to reduce cost, improve cycle time, and manage complexity.

Executive Opinion

Peter Christman of Chicago Ventures, said, “Current market conditions have supply chains under duress. CognitOps is helping enterprises adopt by unlocking hidden efficiency and capacity in their warehouse operations. We’re excited to support the CognitOps team’s vision for automating warehouse management.”

Alex Ramirez, Co-founder and CEO of CognitOps said, “Warehouses were already getting too complex with the proliferation of point solutions and omnichannel demands, but COVID-19 has forced our customers to adapt faster than they ever thought was possible. Our solution is purposefully built to quickly plug into any warehouse and dramatically enable better operations from day one.”

CognitOps's Latest Funding

The Chicago Ventures led the latest funding round. Other investor participants include CEAS Investments, Schematic Ventures, and Churton Ventures.

The company, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to accelerate product expansion and go to market efforts, notes the announcement.
