Decibel secured $40 Million in Series B Funding round led by Perwyn
Decibel, a UK based provider of digital experience analytics solutions, has now secured a $40 million in Series B funding round.
Founded in 2014, Decibel is founded by Harris. It offers digital customer experience analytics solutions for companies to convert, engage, and increase customer loyalty across their digital offerings. The company has now secured a total funding of $54 million to date.

Decibel's Latest Funding
Decibel’s digital experience analytics solution leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to captures and quantifies unique experience data. These data points help in identifying problem areas on brands’ websites and apps.
Its solutions are being used by more than 250 of the world's largest brands spanning across the financial, hospitality, retail, media, entertainment, and travel services.
The company plans to use the latest funds to increase focus on product innovation citing demands in North American & European regions.
