Yellow Messenger, a Bangalore based Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot startup, has secured $20 Million in the Series B funding round.

The round was backed by the LightSpeed India Partners and LightSpeed Venture Partners.

Yellow Messenger is the largest conversational engagement platform enabling organizations to drive revenue growth and efficiency with the AI. The company offers a comprehensive chatbot and toolset to create, deploy and manage conversational assistants on the Alexa, Apps, web, Google Assistant, Facebook Messenger etc.

This investment will help us scale our operations and speed track the R&D endeavors to service the surge in global demand for automation.”

Ever since we met the Yellow Messenger team at our Lightspeed Extreme Entrepreneurs program in 2018, we have seen how the company has taken advantage of this market pull with its rapid time-to-value, transactional platform, and multi-language support for global rollouts”.

Yellow messenger's Latest Funding

The company, as of now, has plans to use the funds to further enhance its product innovation roadmap by deepening the multi-lingual voice bot capabilities, launching a developer marketplace for the virtual assistants, expanding enterprise integrations and fast track its R&D operations to meet the surge in global demand for automation.

The new funding will also help the Yellow Messenger to expand across the APAC, Latin America, Europe, and US markets.

To date, Yellow Messenger has secured a total of $24 Million in the funding round.
