Mindtree signs a Deal with Realogy for its Digital Transformation

Mindtree has signed an agreement with the real estate services company in the United States, Realogy to support its digital transformation initiatives.

Realogy intends to leverage Mindtree's expertise in digital, technology, and data segments. New Jersey-based Realogy offers an integrated brokerage, mortgage, title, franchising, and settlement services to hundreds of global independents sales agents.

Realogy's Chief Technology Officer Dave Gordon, said, "Mindtree's commitment to Realogy has created a strong historical partnership. This is why it is exciting to expand and extend this relationship to more broadly leverage Mindtree's leadership, talent, experience, and best-in-class support for Realogy's products."

Mindtree Vice Chairman S N Subrahmanyan, said, "With technology offerings being an increasingly important differentiator for real estate services companies, we are excited to assist Realogy in its next phase of platform development."

Realogy's Digital Transformation

According to the announcement, Mindtree will provide digital services in areas such as infrastructure support, application development, testing services, and cloud managed services for the Realogy.

Moreover, Mindtree will also use the Digital Pumpkin technology, a collaborative and interactive space to drive digital innovation, conduct primary research and create functional prototypes and pilotable solutions.

Digital Pumpkin technology also helps with optimizing cost and drive revenues, notes the announcement.
