Cognizant acquires Code Zero for cloud-based pricing and, billing solution

Cognizant has now brought a Code Zero, a provider of consulting and implementation services for the cloud solutions. The financial details of the transactions, as of now, were not disclosed.

The acquisition strengthens the Cognizant cloud solutions portfolio. It further enhances Cognizant's expertise in the Salesforce platform advisory, management, and implementation services, infers the announcement.

Cognizant's Code Zero Consulting Acquisition

Code Zero offers strategy, implementation, and migration capabilities to evolve legacy systems to cloud-based pricing and billing system. Thus helping in accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises. Code Zero is also a Platinum Salesforce Consulting Partner. Their clients are mostly from financial and manufacturing services.

Together with the help of a contract lifecycle management, these systems make up QTC (Quote To Cash) solutions. These solutions help clients to configure, price, and quote complex deals, automate the customer lifecycle and accelerate revenue, notes the announcement.

The current acquisition brings expertise, geographic footprint and client portfolio to Cognizant's portfolio built on top of ATG acquisition in 2018. Code Zero team based at Atlanta, Ga., and Charlotte, N.C., will complement and extend ATG's footprint.

In the month of January, Cognizant has received a five-year contract from the Network Rail, which is a British Rail Infrastructure company. The company solutions in the Internet of Things, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and mobility solutions will help Network Rail to improve its asset management and make railway operations safer and much more efficient.
