TCS completes Oracle HCM Cloud deployment at Extreme Networks to Boost HR Capabilities

TCS to transform & future-proof HR function for Extreme Networks

TCS recently announced the successful completion of Oracle HCM Cloud transformation for Extreme Networks.

The partnership will be going to helped Extreme Networking provider hyper-personalization in the overall HR experience to boost employee morale. As of now, the financial details of the deal of the partnership have not been released.

With the help of the Business 4.0 thought leadership framework, TCS along with its expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Agile methodologies, has achieved a seamless integration across systems and processes at Extreme Networks.

Oracle HCM Cloud Transformation 

With the help of this new and agile way of working, the transformation will help the Extreme Networks in improving innovation and productivity.

The new simplified platform will enable analytics and actionable insights that will support strategic workforce initiatives and enable quick decisions making.

Extreme Networks has developed a new application on top of Oracle HCM Cloud. The application aims to core HR, employee and manager self-service, employee onboarding, and leave management processes for employees in 33 countries, notes the announcement.

TCS has also deployed its cloud-based banking solution platform to facilitate the digital transformation of the Manchester-based Voyager Alliance Credit Union.
