ServiceNow has now revealed a new industry solutions strategy to deliver workflows that help companies in digital transformation challenges and create value at scale.

The ServiceNow will focus on developing industry solutions for the telecom and banking industries.

According to the announcement, it will work with strategic partners to provide support to its industry solutions journey and integrate those solutions in the customer environment.

The new solution will also help to simplify the back operations to help banks move at the speed of digital business, delivering seamless customer experiences via the enterprises that drive customer loyalty.

ServiceNow Expanded Partnerships to Support Industry Solutions

Moreover, the company's new telecom solution, will help to align customer service and care assurance to transform how communication service providers deliver the customer experiences by addressing them quickly, thus maximizing quality and availability of service.

ServiceNow has also announced a partnership with the Accenture and Deloitte to support the industry solutions model and address the unique challenges in the initial target industry.

Accenture will become the ecosystem partner for the ServiceNow on its new telecom solutions, which helps the companies to drive digital transformation via built-in workflows.

The company soon even announce solutions for more industries, which include the media, technology, healthcare, manufacturing in the future.
