HCL Technologies sets up New Microsoft Business Unit to extend AI, Cloud and IoT Technologies
HCL Technologies launched a dedicated business unit for Microsoft Technologies to extend Microsoft’s offerings of Business Applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, IoT, and AI/Machine Learning.
The unit is named as the HCL Microsoft Business unit, which will help the client using Microsoft products with their digital transformation initiatives, notes the announcement.
According to the announcement, the new unit will focus more on the Microsoft offerings of business applications, like Azure, Dynamic 365, and some other latest emerging technology products.

HCL has also revealed that the new Microsoft business unit combines HCL specialized services and global reach with the Microsoft business and powerful cloud technologies. This new division will also bring around 2000 HCL customers using Microsoft technologies under just one roof.The Business Unit will also create some of the more intellectual property, extending the Microsoft platform for the customer-specific scenarios, and provides support to clients in the field of healthcare, manufacturing, retail, travel, life science, financial services industries, said the notes.
A few days back, TCS has launched a separate business unit for Microsoft tools to helps its clients accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.
Infosys and Wipro had also launched an advanced cloud security operations center with the help of Microsoft Cloud cybersecurity and Azure Sentinel platform.
