Tech Mahindra, Celonis Partner to Accelerate Enterprise Performance

Tech Mahindra has partnered with the New York and Munich based Process Excellence technology provider, Celonis, to drive enterprise performance with AI and Cloud technology.

Process mining companies analyze processes in enterprise customer workflow and spot inefficiencies. Such analysis is crucial in the implementation of digital transformation at enterprises.

The joint partnership has already deployed a first of its kind Artificial Intelligence(AI) solution for BPS (Business Process Services) to support the digital transformation of customers across the globe, notes the announcement.

The Go-to-market strategy will address key verticals like media, communications, and entertainment, life science, and healthcare, CPG and retails, financial and banking services, among others.

The Pune based Tech Mahindra is focusing more on next-generation technologies like Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, 5G, and cybersecurity to help companies in their digital transformation journeys.

The firm recently has signed a deal with the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, to set up Centre of Excellence based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Founded in 2011, Celonis recently secured $290 million in the funding round of Series C at a valuation of $2.5 billion and counts Uber, Siemens, and L’Oreal among its clients.
