Infosys Launches Infosys GRC Digital Suite for MetricStream

Infosys revealed an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning based Infosys Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Digital Suite on the MetricStream Cloud.

MetricStream Cloud leverages state-of-the-art virtualization and containerization technologies. The GRC Cloud platform help accelerate GRC apps deployment.

The suite offers a conversational or chatbot interface and real-time continuous controls testing with Robotic Process Automation on the MetricStream cloud platform, notes the announcement.

Infosys GRC Digital Suite leverages MetricStream Platform APIs to seamlessly integrate with MetricStream Cloud, notes the announcement.

The announcement said, "The Infosys-MetricStream Governance Risk & Compliance Digital Suite is specifically engineered to deliver simplicity and a fresh user-experience. This collaborative digital suite will further strengthen clients’ GRC function."

Infosys GRC Digital Suite

The AI and ML capabilities of the chatbot leverage the Natural Language Processing(NLP). It also allows the first line users to report and even track the observations. The chatbots further clarify their queries around the GRC functionalities and business processes, notes the announcement.

The suite has been developed in collaboration with the MetricStream and will also further strengthen the clients' GRC function.

Infosys recently launched its Cyber Next security platform. Infosys is leveraging Azure Sentinel cloud security offering to build its Cyber Next Platform. The platform enables enterprises to enhance security management, monitoring, response services, and threat detection.
