Infosys reveals Live Enterprise Suite for Digital Transformation

Infosys announced the launch of "Live Enterprise Suite", a comprehensive set of platform, digital services, and solutions.

The Live Enterprise Suite enables the organizations to drive process agility, deliver customer delight, and enhance ecosystem value all in the real-time scenario, the announcement notes.

Infosys revealed that it has been using the Live Enterprise Suite internally since the month of April 2019.

The suite helps the enterprises to “reimagine” experiences for the customers, employee, and partners with the digital native mobility solutions and computational design principles.

Among the others, it also helps the enterprises to “reimagine” business processes by applying sentiment principles to simplify processes, remove latency, user journey, thus resulting in seamless and superior user experiences across the channels, said the announcement.

The key capabilities of Infosys Live Enterprise Suite include one-stop Launchpad app for employee on-boarding, employee productivity platform for interactions and services, Infosys Wingspan for enterprises' learning requirements.

Further Infosys Digital Brain Solution captures and analyses enterprise ecosystem data using the machine, deep learning and automated reasoning, orchestrating intelligent responses to emerging events.

More than 30000 employees have been on board with the help of launchpad; more than 1,50,000 employees realize personal productivity benefits, and more than 2,00,000 employees are on the learning platform.

Infosys Polycloud Platform abstracts the public and private clouds, activating a common interface and catalog, It helps in selecting, provisioning, moving and manages platform and application services workloads across the enterprise.

Enterprises can use Infosys Live Enterprise Suite for human resources, finance, sales, marketing, legal, and industry-specific solutions, the announcement notes. This enterprise would need Service Store to provisions platforms, solutions, and services from Infosys Live Enterprise Suite.

The company recently has implemented Finacle suite solution in the cloud for the Shivalik Bank.

In the month of August, Infosys signed a deal with Microsoft to provide with the smart space solutions to the Johnson Controls.
