Reliance Jio partners with Guavus for AI-based Data Analytics Solutions
Reliance Jio recently announced a partnership with the Guavus for implementing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence-driven analytics.
Guavus is involved in Artificial Intelligence-based machine learning and data analytics solutions, driving digital transformation in major telecom service providers across the globe. Jio is India's largest data service operator with more than 300 million subscribers.
Guavus will help Jio to provide real-time customer experience analytics, predictive analytics, and key marketing insights to automate the network troubleshooting.

President of IT, Reliance Jio, Anish Shah, said, "Our networks generate 4 to 5 petabytes of data each day. If this data can be properly analyzed in real-time using big data analytics and predictive analytics techniques, we can both improve the health of our network through intelligent automation and offer multiple, customized personal services to our customers. Guavus and Reliance Jio Partnership
Jio plans to use Guavus’ AI-based solutions to get key marketing insights, real-time customer experience analytics, and leverage predictive analytics to automate network troubleshooting, the announcement notes. This will partnership will allow Jio to provide better services to customers while addressing crucial service operations via automation.Guavus is a part of the Thales Group, which is a French multinational company that designs and build an electrical system for the aerospace industry.
In January this year, Guavus acquired the SQLstream, which was a leading provider of real-time streaming analytics.
