AI solutions provider CrushBank secured $5.5M in Series A Funding

CrushBank

CrushBank, a New York-based maker of an AI solution purpose-built for IT support, has now secured $5.5 million in a Series A funding round.

CrushBank is founded by Evan Leonard. It provides an application that uses AI and machine learning across multiple tools in the IT tech stack to increase the productivity of the IT support by presenting them with a list of recommended solutions when they first open a customer trouble ticket.
CrushBank searches and categorizes around 25000 tickets every day.

CrushBank's Latest Funding

The round was backed by Arthur Ventures with participation from the ConnectWise co-founder, David Bellini.

The AI company, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to accelerate the time to market for the major extended data quality, workflow and customer self-service product enhancements to its proven product portfolio.
