Airtel and Capgemini partner to bring 5G-based Solutions for Indian Enterprises

Capgemini and Bharti Airtel will now jointly going to reveal 5G-based enterprise grade solutions in the Indian market. 

The new 5G solutions will help to fuel innovation, revolutionize business models and accelerate the digital transformation in the country. Capgemini and Airtel will bring together their experience in connectivity, and 5G solutions, and System Integration (SI) capabilities to co-innovate a range of India focus use cases.

Capgemini and Bharti Airtel - 5G collaboration

Capgemini 5G Lab, situated within its Mumbai Campus, and Airtel 5G Lab in the Manesar will be the development hub for the same.

Two use cases of the 5G have already been deployed by the Capgemini at the Airtel 5G Lab. These are highly focused on Smart Health and Immersive Remote Assistance for Field Operations and Maintenance. These use case solutions leverage augmented reality, video analytics, computer vision, and Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning technologies.

As a part of its 5G tech-initiative, Airtel is also joining forces with some of the major consulting and technology companies to test 5G-based solutions.
