Wipro unveils Automotive E-commerce Cloud Solution

Wipro Click-Shift-Drive

Wipro announced the launch of cloud powered Click-Shift-Drive solution for a contactless car-buying experience.

The new solution addresses the complete end-to-end automobile-buying journey. The cloud solutions are easily deployable. It further allows automakers and dealers with processes starting from research, loan approval to purchase and deliver the vehicle, notes the announcement.

Global Salesforce Practice Head, Wipro Limited, Hari Raja, said, "Research shows 59% of automotive customers are interested in buying cars entirely online. As e-commerce gains prominence, Click-Shift-Drive is ideally suited to help industry leaders deliver an enhanced customer and purchasing experience."

Wipro's Click-Shift-Drive Solution

Around 50% of car-buying journeys begin online and 59% of automotive customers are interested in buying cars entirely online, according to the report.

It would take around eight weeks for automakers and dealers to launch e-commerce solutions with the help of Wipro's Click-Shift-Drive solution. Wipro also partnering with ThreeKit 3D & Augmented Reality to help buyers with augmented reality experience.

According to the announcement, Wipro will leverage the Salesforce cloud platform and will help automotive enterprises in this next-gen Salesforce-led customer experience journey.
