Infosys and SAP to offer Business Process Transformation-as-a-Service

Infosys and SAP will together collaborate to offer Business Process Transformation-as-a-Service (BPaaS) to the enterprises.

According to Allied Market Research report, the global Business Process Transformation-as-a-Service (BPaaS) market is estimated reach $15.1 Billion by 2023 from $3.9 Billion in 2016. The driving factors for BPaaS market growth will be cloud projects in enterprises and a need to optimize business processes in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, notes the report.

Business Process Transformation-as-a-Service (BPaaS) brings flexible pricing model, cost efficiency, cloud enabled technology, increased business agility, and time zone. It also reduces the business risks.

HR services, finance & accounting services, analytics, supply chain management, managed marketing service, and digital asset management are some of the segments of BPaaS market.

To identify new opportunities in business process transformation journey and create a roadmap for clients, Infosys plans to use business process intelligence (BPI) from SAP. Also SAP's offering "RISE with SAP" will help customers with their digital transformation.

Infosys intends to centre it BPTaaS around BPI from SAP for its business process transformation offerings, notes the announcement.
