Viable, a California-based AI powered analytics startup has secured $3.9 million in Pre-seed and seed funding round.

Viable was founded by Dan and Jeff Erickson. The AI startup offers analytics software for making customer feedback actionable with automated aggregation, analysis, and structuring of text.

Viable CEO and co-founder Daniel Erickson, said, "Computers have been great at crunching numbers for decades, but we've only recently unlocked this ability for text. Viable's state-of-the-art text analysis technology enables the simplest interaction to discover insights in your feedback data: simply asking a question. Viable is like an AI UX research assistant. It frees up time so you can get to the insights you need to inform product roadmaps and customer initiatives faster."

Alex Gurevich, managing director at Javelin Venture Partners, said, "Natural language AI is evolving by leaps and bounds; Viable is putting this cutting-edge technology to work on a compelling use case. As a former product manager who has spent countless hours sifting through, and making sense of, qualitative research, I immediately understood the value of getting instant customer insights from qualitative data."

Viable's Latest Funding

The Craft Ventures and Javelin Venture Partners led the latest funding round.

According to Markets and Markets report, the customer experience management market is expected to reach $14.9 billion by 2025. With Viable's software, companies can ask any question and in seconds get plain language, answer from their customer surveys, app store reviews, helpdesk tickets, and more. The customer experience market is driven by the need to understand customers and improve overall customer engagements.

AI analytics startup, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to bring to market its qualitative feedback analysis AI tool, notes the announcement.
