Cognizant to buy data specialist TQS Integration for Smart Manufacturing

Cognizant will now acquire Irland based TQS Integration, a global industrial data, and intelligence company.

TQS Integration is used to deliver manufacturing global technology consulting, data intelligence, and digital systems integration to help manufacturers accelerate their digital transformation journey.

TQS is founded in 1998 which serves customers in food and beverages, energy, and life sciences.

Cognizant's TQS Acquisition 

TQS data intelligence capabilities use Machine Learning and Artificial intelligence to collect, analyze and contextualize manufacturing data. These capabilities will be combined with Cognizant core industry and digital competencies. 

The integration of TQS data intelligence capabilities will allow Cognizant to help manufacturers to make faster decisions and improve operating costs, product quality, and speed of implementation, notes the announcement.
