Haptik brings AI-powered customer service capabilities for Zendesk’s customers across the globe. 

Organizations that are already leveraging Zendesk live chat will now have the option to automate answering routine queries with the help of the Haptik conversational AI solution while transferring more complex queries to human agents.

Haptik and Zendesk Integration

The Haptik integration with Zendesk will not only improve the first response time for the businesses but also will reduce the workload on its customer support executives.

The integration would also encompass the Zendesk Sunshine conversations. It will enable an automation first strategy for customer service across multiple messaging platforms such as LINE Plus and Whatsapp, notes the announcement.

Additionally, Haptik will also tie to the ticketing system of Zendesk, which allows automatic generation of customer support tickets.
