Glia, a New York-based provider of Digital Customer Service has now secured $78 million in a Series C funding round.

Glia is founded by Dan Michaeli in the year 2011. It offers businesses a platform to support their customers in a digital world. The company solution enriches web and mobile experiences with digital communication choices, AI-enabled assistance, and on-screen collaboration.

It has partnered with more than 150 insurance companies, financial institutions, and fintech providers around the world.

Glia's Latest Funding

The round was backed by existing investor Insight Partners.

The company as of now has plans to use the new funds for product development and expand every department across its organization. Also, the company is evaluating strategic acquisitions for inorganic growth, notes the announcement.
