AI powered Workforce Management Solution provider Legion Technologies secured $22 Million

Legion, a California based AI-powered workforce management solution, has now secured $22 million in Series B funding round.

Legion is founded by the Sanish Mondkar in the year 2016. It offers an autonomous, AI-powered Workforce management platform that enables the companies to manage labor spends. Customers across the industries include healthcare, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing, use it to reduce costs, labor inefficiencies, compliance risks, and boost employee engagement.

Legion's latest funding round

The round, which brought the total funding secured to $35.5 million, was backed by the Workday Ventures, Stripes, Dollar General, and NTT DOCOMO Ventures.

Some of the previous investors, which include the First Round Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, XYZ Ventures, also participated in the funding round. Post funding, Paul Melchiorre, the Operating Partner at Stripes, will join as the Legion Board of Directors team.

The funding round will enable the company to grow its next-gen workforce management platform across the globe, notes the announcement.
